ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man from Wayne County has been accused of raping a woman in his home. 47-year-old Matthew Foro of Savannah was accused of subjecting the victim to forced sexual intercourse. It was alleged Foro threatened her with a gun and told her he would kill her if she told anyone. The victim reported the incident to police and Foro was arrested. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital. A search was conducted at Foro's home and all of his firearms were seized. Foro was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree menacing. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment and an order of protection was requested for the victim.
