Their event Thursday is designed to get under Trump’s skin and reach moderate voters. It’s the first stop on a two-day presidential campaign swing for Harris. On Friday, she plans a rally in Flint, Michigan. Trump will be in Michigan on Thursday. He’s appearing in Saginaw County, a crucial swing area in the state where Democrat Joe Biden barely won four years ago.
