(WGHP) — A quiet start Thursday morning with temperatures in the mid-60s out the door. Skies will be partly cloudy throughout the day with highs in the upper-70s. Spotty showers are possible off and on throughout the day however most of us will remain dry. The chance for rain is 20%.  Mostly cloudy skies on Friday with lingering chances for spotty showers. Temperatures will be in the low to mid-60s in the morning with highs reaching the upper-70s. The chance for rain remains around 20%. Most will stay dry as we head into the weekend.  A gorgeous weekend is in store for us in the Triad with mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will be in the low 60s Saturday morning with highs in the low 80s. By Sunday morning, we'll start the day in the upper 50s with high temperatures reaching the upper 70s.  Ahead of an approaching cold front on Monday, temperatures will be in the low 60s in the morning with highs in the upper 70s. Skies will remain mostly sunny and as of right now, rain chances are not expected as the front moves through making it a "dry" cold front. By Tuesday, expect a nice cool down to last the remainder of the week. We'll wake up in the low 50s Tuesday morning with highs in the low 70s and sunny skies.  Sunshine continues to dominate Wednesday with morning temperatures in the upper 40s and highs in the low 70s. We'll also see a nice, light northwest breeze.
