FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - Fresno Police say they have arrested and identified a bicycle-bound suspect involved in the early morning shooting of another man on a bicycle. IDENTIFIED: Man shot, killed in southeast Fresno named Officials say on Sept. 22, officers responded to the 4400 block of East Floradora at 4 a.m. and found 40-year-old Ricardo Martinez Olguin on the floor next to his bicycle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. At the time, officials said Olguin was conscious upon their arrival and told them he had been shot by an unknown man on a bicycle. Olguin was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center where police say he succumbed to his wounds. An investigation led homicide detectives to identify Ronald Zavala Ebanez as the person responsible for fatally shooting Olguin. Officers say Ebanez was arrested and is currently being held at the Fresno County Jail. Although an arrest has been made, officials still urge anyone with information to contact Fresno Police Department's Homicide Detectives Moreno or Gray at 559-621-2451 or 559-621-2443.
