MANHATTAN (KSNT) - The family of a young woman who was severely injured in an incident near the Little Apple's bar district in August has posted a large cash reward for information on the situation. The Riley County Police Department (RCPD) posted to social media on Wednesday, Oct. 2 that family of a woman hurt near Aggieville on Aug. 30, 2024 have posted a $10,000 reward for those who bring information forward about how the woman was injured. People can contact police in Manhattan by calling 785-537-2112. RCPD spokeswoman Ashley Tokoi told 27 News the woman is currently out of the hospital following the incident. Investigators currently have no evidence of how the woman was injured. "We are currently still waiting on the results of tests and are again asking the public if they saw anything on the night in question," Tokoi said.
