SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - The Chatham County Coroner's Office is investigating the death of a family of three due to possible carbon monoxide poisoning. Arbelio Reyes, 41, Febiola Setina, 39 and Oswaldo Reyes, 13, were all pronounced dead at the scene of their Savannah residence on Tuesday. City of Savannah reminds residents of key safety tips Officials report that a gas generator was on the scene. Generators produce carbon monoxide, which poses a danger to those in its vicinity. Even in low doses, it can cause medical emergencies. It is highly recommended that generators' exhaust, like car exhaust, is kept away from poorly ventilated areas. This investigation is in its early stages and autopsies have been scheduled.
