UPDATE: All lanes have since opened up just after 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, according to TxDOT. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — All lanes are currently closed on I-10 East at Porfirio Diaz due to a collision in the area, according to TxDOT. TxDOT says all traffic must use Exit 19B and backup is up to Executive. Clearing time is two hours. No further information has been released.
