Niagara Thruway traffic diverted Saturday for installation of Ralph Wilson Park Bridge

For 13 hours, beginning at 9 p.m. Saturday, all northbound and southbound lanes on the I-190, between the Niagara Street and Porter Avenue exits, will be closed to traffic for the bridge installation before reopening at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
