A grand jury returned the indictment for 26-year-old Matthew Paluzzi, charging him with one count of murder. According to officials, on August 15, Plymouth police received a 911 call from an individual that a man was unresponsive, and bleeding from a laceration to the neck. The caller told police that the victim was covered with blood, and a kitchen knife was located near the front door. Emergency personnel responded, and found the man deceased.
