ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Three men were arrested and arraigned in Greece after a 13-year-old boy was found naked and handcuffed in a car following a kidnapping at the Glenora Garden apartments in Greece. Greece police say they responded to Glenora Garden apartments around 3:42 p.m. Saturday for a report of menacing. They found five boys and three adult men. According to GPD, at least one 13-year-old boy entered the apartment building and was confronted by 25-year-old Jayquon Martin, who lived there. Police say Martin held a rifle and threatened the boy, then forcibly detaining him in the apartment for around 45 minutes. During this time, Greece police say Martin ordered the boy to undress, took his phone, and used scissors to cut his hair. Martin then allegedly called his brother Mikquon Williams, 22, and his father Lennis Williams, 53. Greece police say the two arrived at the apartments and helped Martin in abducting the boy and handcuffing him. According to GPD, officers found Mikquon and Lennis seated on opposite sides of the naked and handcuffed boy in the backseat of a vehicle. Police said the boy was not injured. Martin was charged with Kidnapping in the second degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the first degree, Robbery in the first degree, Criminal Possession of a weapon in the third degree and Criminal Mischief in the third degree. Mikquon and Lennis were both charged with Kidnapping in the second degree. All three were arraigned in Greece Town Court. They were held on $2,500 cash bail, $5,000 insurance bond or $7,500 partially secured bond.
