OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — On Tuesday, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) Trafficking Unit arrested two people accused in the trafficking of two underage girls. According to officials, OBN began the investigation in July after receiving information about the alleged trafficking. LOCAL NEWS: UPDATE: Three people detained in Kansas after Midwest City ATM robbery "OBN's investigation confirmed evidence that Tony Ray Polly (DOB 6/3/1994) and Latavia Sharay Robins (DOB 6/7/2001) would post ads featuring the juveniles on commercial sex web sites and arrange dates with the clients and these juvenile victims at a northwest metro apartment," said OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward. Polly and Robins are now facing several charges related to Human Trafficking including two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking, two counts of Human Trafficking of a Minor, Maintaining a House for Prostitution and Using Access to Computers to Violate Oklahoma Statues. Both juvenile victims are now safe and receiving assistance, according to authorities. "We are grateful the victims in this case had the courage to speak out, and we want other victims to know they don't have to be afraid. Oklahoma has outstanding partnerships with service providers who are ready to assist victims," says OBN Director Donnie Anderson.
