New business filings up this week: See 36 new businesses in Central NY

County Clerk offices in Onondaga, Cayuga and Madison counties registered 36 new businesses during the week of Sept. 23 through 27. This was a rise from an average of 26 new businesses being filed throughout September.The businesses included a lawncare enterprise run by a 16-year-old in Onondaga County, several contractors and a civic organization.
