ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — News 8 and Primetime 585 are teaming up once again to help aspiring student athletes in the Rochester Region. Along with support from Tracey Door, we'll be collecting used sporting equipment to be distributed to kids in need. So clean out your garage and 'Give Your Gear' when you stop by the News 8 WROC studios at 201 Humboldt Street on Monday, October 7, from 4-6:30 p.m. One lucky donor will take home an autographed Josh Allen football. Primetime 585 has identified specific needs for lacrosse, baseball, golf, tennis and youth football, but any sporting goods are welcomed.
