Name: Nicole Alfred
School: Rancho Cucamonga

Year: Senior
Noteworthy: Alfred made her season debut last week and claimed the individual title from the Tom and Vickie Duncan senior girls race at the Chaffey Invitational. She finished the 3-mile course in a time of 18 minutes and 20.7 seconds, which was 48.4 seconds faster than the next finisher. Alfred is the two-time defending champion in the Baseline League. She finished eighth in Division 1 at the CIF Southern Section finals last season and also placed ninth in Division I at the CIF State Championships.
