39-Year-Old Suspect Arrested after Deadly Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Collision on Wright Street SELMA, CA (October 1, 2024) – Robert Leeper was killed Tuesday night, and Robert Ramos Cisneros was arrested after a hit-and-run crash on Floral Avenue.
