UPDATE: All lanes were opened back up just before 9 a.m. Monday, according to TxDOT. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police are assisting in a "high-angle rescue" Monday morning, Sept. 30, after a crash closed all lanes on Loop 375 East at Tom Mays Trail. Shaun Felice/KTSM 9 News TxDOT says an overturned vehicle is currently blocking the area and clearing time is until further notice. Police sent out an alert to media at around 7 a.m. Monday, saying their Combined Search and Rescue team was responding to Transmountain near the summit to assist in a high-angle rescue. Police say they are investigating the single-vehicle crash. No further information has been released. This story will be updated once we learn more.
