We’re starting the morning with patchy fog and muggy conditions with temps in the mid to upper 60s. Thankfully, rainfall totals will remain light this afternoon with most of the region staying dry. It will remain slightly muggy with isolated showers Tuesday as highs warm into the low 80s. A cold front will clear out this stagnant pattern Wednesday bringing drier to the region late week. By this weekend another cold front will push into the area bringing back some rain chances Friday into Saturday with much cooler temperatures as highs top out in mid 70s Sunday. Tropics Update: TS Issac and TD Joyce developed in the Atlantic late last week. They will both dissipate without any major impact to land. TD 12 is located over the Eastern Atlantic. No immediate threat to land, but it is forecast to become a major hurricane over the Central Atlantic by late week. Next name up is Kirk.
