NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) - The North Charleston Police Department is scheduled to host a community block party for National Night Out on Tuesday. The event was initially postponed due to Tropical Storm Debby, which impacted the area in August. Officers say the event will take place at the New Park Circle on Tuesday, October 1 from 6 - 8 p.m. Attendants can enjoy free food, K-9 demonstrations, vendors, and a chance to meet the officers in their community.
