PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) announced Friday that they have identified a body recovered on Scarborough State Beach in Narragansett. A family member of 63-year-old William Dickey of South Kingstown reported that he went for a swim Wednesday afternoon and didn’t return. His body was recovered at approximately 6:20 a.m. Thursday. The incident remains under investigation by the DEM’s Division of Law Enforcement and the Narragansett Police Department. Categories: News, Rhode Island
