Tropical moisture from Hurricane Helene is rapidly moving north and holding together with gusty winds and showers especially south and west of Fort Wayne. Winds will gust up to 40 mph today and tonight. Winds will begin to subside after midnight. Gusty winds up to 40 mph especially this afternoon Winds pick up this afternoon with gusts up to 40 mph with showers through late this afternoon and this evening. Rain will become likely this afternoon and evening. Gusty winds through tonight Gusty winds will continue with gusts of 40 mph until midnight. Showers will become scattered overnight. Drought actually gets worse in some areas Rain will be widely scattered during the day on Saturday and winds will diminish to under 15 mph. Showers will be more likely Saturday and continue into Sunday with near steady temperatures in the lower 70s through Sunday. The rain will end Sunday night but clouds will stick around Monday with high temperatures in the middle 70s. Sunshine and drier conditions will be prevalent through next week with highs warming into the upper 70s by the end of next week.
