Missing man with cognitive impairment found in WinstonSalem

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem Police Department is now asking the public for help locating a missing man they have described as "high-risk" after mistakingly asking for help finding a woman.
On Monday, WSPD officials asked for help finding a woman who went missing in May. According to an updated WSPD statement, she was found safely in May.
Winston-Salem officers are now asking for help finding 88-year-old Frederick Elwin Case.

Description
Case is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 145 lbs. Case has gray hair and blue eyes.
He is possibly driving a blue 2015 Toyota Prius with the tag HD-85636. Case was last known to be in his home on Sunday.
Case suffers from a cognitive impairment and is believed to be going to Dexter, New York, where his son-in-law lives.
