FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)— Four Fort Wayne strip malls will be auctioned of on October 8 after the CEO of the company that owns them, Jonathan Larmore, has been federally charged for committing fraud.
According to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Larmore carried out a multi-year scheme using tens of millions of dollars of his investors' money to support a "lavish lifestyle." The commission alleges that he used that money for private jets, yachts, and expensive homes.

They include two Longe Optical locations, two Big League Barber Shops, Iron Society Strength and Fitness, Starbucks, Penn Station Subs and Jack's Donuts.
WANE 15 has reached out to several of those businesses and they don't anticipate the auctions and change of ownership to affect their business operations.
