ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Fire Rescue (AFR) reported a multiple-injury crash on Sunday evening. They said they were dispatched to Lomas and 2nd Street around 7:29 p.m. AFR said 9 units were dispatched to the scene, and one patient had to be extricated. Five vehicles were involved with a total of six patients. Bernalillo County deputy remembered through one of his passions One person was taken by AFR to the hospital, and Albuquerque Ambulance took two other patients to the hospital. AFR noted there was one "Black" category patient, which indicates someone died or had severe, life-threatening injuries. APD is investigating.
