INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is looking for a missing man and child. According to a press release, officers are asking the public to with their search for 37-year-old Leonardo Garcia-Reyes and 7-year-old Amir Garcia Escalante. The pair was last seen in the 5700 block of East 86th Street on Sunday. Police believe Leonardo was driving a gray 2012 Dodge Ram pickup truck bearing Indiana license plate CJK453 before he and Escalante disappeared. Photo of the Dodge Ram pickup truck courtesy of IMPD. IMPD is urging anyone who successfully locates Escalante and Garcia-Reyes to call 911. While IMPD did not clarify many case specifics in its press release, but investigators did label the incident as a "non-custodial parent abduction." As of this article's publication, no additional information on the incident had been made available.
