Engines roared and music played Saturday, Sept. 21 in downtown Ontario, as hundreds of classic cars and hot rods took part in the second day of Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion. (Photo by Stan Lim, Contributing Photographer) Expand The classic car show is held each year along Euclid Avenue in Ontario and draws hundreds of cars and thousands of car enthusiasts. More than 900 cars were expected to participate this year, according to a news release from Greater Ontario. And if seeing hundreds of shiny classic and custom cars isn’t enough entertainment, there are also live bands and a drone show each night of the free family event. The two-day car show and cruise kicked off Friday evening and continues all day Saturday, wrapping up its 2024 run at 11 p.m., following a performance by Ambrosia.
