CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Chuck's BBQ in Clovis had its third burglary late Thursday night.  Surveillance video shows one of the suspects running off around 1:30 a.m. after breaking into Chuck's BBQ. Another suspect was videographed driving away from the restaurant with the trunk slightly open around 12:30 a.m. An hour later, a suspect in a different vehicle could be seen driving away with a trailer loaded with stolen items.  "They took our catering equipment, they took restaurant equipment, a huge deli refrigerator that we had stored in there, along with just a lot of food warmers. You know, just a lot of important stuff that we need to run the day-to-day business," Jenny Evans, owner of Chuck's BBQ said.  Evans says she will not let this bring them down.  "We just have to get through the day, and we have to be above it and work even harder than we all already work to try and just continue business, and I really don't want to let them win. I don't want the bad guy to win," Evans said. This is the third time the restaurant has been broken into. In July, thieves stole cash out of the register and an entire safe. Last November, several hundred dollars were stolen as well as the keys to the catering truck - which they later stole.  Evans believes they are being targeted. "Once it becomes a routine and once it's like, 'oh, okay, we are being targeted, we are being watched, and they're plotting,' it's just really discouraging," Evans said. Josh Faith, a Corporal with the Clovis Police Department says justice will soon be served for the local business.  "It's concerning when we see local businesses that are targeted and victimized, all of them. We feel their pain and we all want to do the best we can to bring those that are responsible for those crimes to justice," Faith said.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clovis Police Department at 559-324-2800.
