TOPEKA (KSNT) - With a jam-packed weekend anticipated for the Stormont Vail Events Center, it made a map to help Topekans navigate the array of road work surrounding the center. Large crowds are anticipated for two events this weekend at the events center. According to the events center, the Cider Days Fall Festival and the National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA) State Finals will be held from Friday, Sept. 20 through Sunday, Sept. 22. "To keep the patron experience smooth getting to and from these events throughout the weekend, Stormont Vail Events Center has provided important traffic and parking details due to road construction that has Topeka Boulevard closed at the 21st street intersection." Stormont Vail Events Center press release excerpt Some Kansans get KTA bill for 'mailed statement fee' The events center said the best way to around is: From the north or east or west: use Topeka Boulevard or 17th Street to enter the parking lot.
