North Country man arrested for threatening to kill woman, homophobic comments, troopers say

Mannsville, N.Y. — A North Country man was arrested for threatening to kill a woman and for making homophobic comments, troopers said.On Tuesday, Jonas W. Hobbs, 19, of Mannsville started to send homicidal threats and homophobic slurs through Instagram, troopers said. He also sent a photo of a gun, troopers said.
