We'll see some high clouds by noon but no rain chances to impact this beautiful sunny day. Dry and warm conditions continue as near record highs are expected today and tomorrow. However, we should see temperatures drop drastically as the first official day of Fall is only in 3 days. Mostly clear skies will stick around all day going into tonight while winds range 5 to 20 mph south to southwest.
