PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Three juveniles have been arrested for making shooting threats against Porterville schools on social media, police say. According to the Porterville Police Department, a 15-year-old and two 12-year-olds were taken into custody on suspicion of felony charges on Wednesday morning. The three suspects are all from Porterville. Porterville Police says they were able to identify the social media accounts and the juveniles responsible for the threats with the help of the FBI. Officers say all involved parties were booked into the custody of the Juvenile Detention Facility in Visalia. ‘Potential threat’ leads to lockdown at Madera County high school, deputies say Anyone with information regarding this investigation, or any other criminal threat, is encouraged to contact the Porterville Police Department at 559-782-7400.
