COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Before Ohio State plays Marshall on Saturday, the Thundering Herd's coach is hoping to poach some players with a staple West Virginia eatery. While Marshall coach Charles Huff was admiring Ohio State's roster during a news conference Tuesday, he went ahead and offered its players an NIL deal for breakfast food. "I would love to have some of those guys from Ohio State too," he said. "If they want to transfer on down, we've got a Tudor's Biscuit NIL all you can eat," said Huff. "If any of those guys that run really, really fast at Ohio State like Tudor's biscuits, I promise you: all you can eat, all day, if you transfer here." Watch: Marshall's Charles Huff's NIL proposal Tudor's Biscuit World is a West Virginia country food restaurant serving a variety of specialty biscuit sandwiches with unusual names, including the "Thundering Herd," "Miner" and "Mountaineer." There are more than a dozen locations in West Virginia with a few in Ohio, the closest to Columbus being in Xenia. Ohio State athletic director Ross Bjork recently said the school’s collectives have combined to raise an estimated $20 million to support this year’s football roster. It might take a little more than biscuit sandwiches to lure any Buckeyes to trade the scarlet and grey for kelly green. This is the first game between Ohio State and Marshall in 14 years and just the third all time. The Thundering Herd is a 40-point underdog. Kickoff is set for noon at Ohio Stadium.
