The New Jersey Department of Education certified Lawrence Township Public Schools (LTPS) as a “High Performing” district. The certification followed an evaluation through the New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum (QSAC) review process. The QSAC review evaluated LTPS in five areas: Instruction & Program, Fiscal Management, Governance, Operations, and Personnel. The district received a score of 100% in three categories and an overall average score of over 95%. “This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our educators, staff, students, and families,” said Dr. Robyn Klim, Superintendent of Lawrence Township Public Schools. “We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment, which highlights our ongoing commitment to providing a high-quality education and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for every student.” The evaluation process included visits from DOE officials who collected data on indicators such as evaluations, policies, practices, processes, and meeting records. The certification indicates LTPS’s focus on academic achievement, financial management, governance, and operations. The district plans to maintain these standards in the future, according to a press release.
