KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- One person is dead after an overnight shooting in Kansas City, Kansas. Officers said they were called to 7th and Parallel Parkway just after 10:30 Tuesday night on reports of a person lying in the street. Motorcyclist killed in I-435 crash near Blue Parkway When police arrived, they found a man shot in the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
