(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking for the community's help in finding a missing 13-year-old last seen on Friday, Sept. 13. According to CSPD, Jaelynn Fayth Medina was last seen in the 2200 block of Glenwood Circle near North Academy Boulevard and Constitution Avenue. Medina is described as a Hispanic girl, 4'8", 114 lbs with medium-length brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey spaghetti-strap shirt, and short light blue shorts. CSPD said she took a pair of black pants and a black t-shirt when she left. Anyone with information on Medina's whereabouts is asked to call CSPD at (719) 444-7000.
