NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 62-year-old man. North Providence police say Kenneth Schaefer was last seen at Darlington Memory Lane on Mineral Spring Avenue on Monday around 8 a.m. He stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs around 165 pounds, has brown hair, and was last seen wearing a navy blue shirt and jeans.
