MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man is dead after Memphis Police say he was shot in Nutbush. At 12:23 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the 3900 block of Chelsea Avenue regarding a shooting. When they arrived, they found a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to Regional One where he was pronounced deceased.
