(KRON) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man last seen in Foster City, California Highway Patrol announced Sunday. Barney Rangle, 83, was last seen Saturday, Sept. 14 around 10:30 a.m. at an unspecified location. Rangle is described to be 5-foot-10 and weighs 184 pounds with gray eyes and gray hair, CHP said. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black jeans and black shoes.
