HUTTO, Texas (KXAN) -- A termination of a contract for the Brushy Creek Amphitheater is now putting a damper on upcoming events, the amphitheater said in a news release. The amphitheater said it is "committed to exploring new opportunities to continue providing exceptional experiences." The decision was mutual and made effective immediately between the city of Hutto and Directors of Chaos, the release said. The amphitheater said it is "actively seeking new management solutions" for future events. The RAIN: Beatles Tribute show scheduled for Aug. 1 was canceled, the news release said. All ticket holders were notified and refunded, according to the the amphitheater. The amphitheater is 65 acres of parkland, is located adjacent to Adam Orgain Park and has Brushy Creek access, the release said. "We are grateful for the efforts and contributions of the Directors of Chaos over the course of our partnership," the release said.
