BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A juvenile has suffered minor injuries, and may soon be facing charges, after a motorcycle crash in Fargo on Monday, July 1. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, at approximately 10:48 a.m., a Suzuki motorcycle traveling west was moving at a high rate of speed in the left lane of I-94 behind a Dodge Ram. As the motorcycle approached the Ram, the van's driver attempted to change lanes to the right to allow the motorcycle to pass —but as they did so, the bike made an abrupt lane change to the right as well. This caused the motorcycle to rear-end the van. North Dakota Crash Tracker 2024 The driver of the motorcycle — a 17-year-old Fargo man — was thrown into the north ditch of I-94, and sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. The driver of the Ram was uninjured. Traffic was impacted on I-94 westbound near the crash for roughly one hour while emergency crews investigated and processed the scene.
