HONOLULU (KHON2) -- State Rep. Trish La Chica and the Honolulu Police Department partnered together to hold a public safety awareness event Thursday morning. Blast Sticks: Hawaii’s newest non-lethal self-defense hits store shelves "The purpose is really to just spread aloha, show aloha especially with everything that's been happening across the state and here in our community," said Rep. La Chica.
