FRANCISVILLE mdash; Phase II plans for the Hut 8 data center coming to West Feliciana Parish have been pushed back again over worries about its proximity to a neighborhood, according to a report by The Advocate.nbsp;Original plans placed the Phase II facility less than a mile from houses in the Star Hill neighborhood of St. Francisville, the newspaper reported.nbsp;At an early-November West Feliciana Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, commissioners reportedly decided to rework the plans to possibly move the Phase II site closer to the Phase I site along La. 964.nbsp;Hut 8 officials were not at that meeting, The Advocate reported, and the company has until Dec. 1 to reapply for zoning changes.nbsp;Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
