Canopy Deer Valley will hold a grand opening from 6-10 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3. The hotel, which soft launched in August, will celebrate opening its doors with a ribbon cutting at 6:30 p.m. that evening. Attendees can explore the gathering spaces and eat at one of the four dining establish ments: Tavolona, Fornetto, Alpine Attic and Mountain Provisions. There will also be live music, giveaways and “a few surprises along the way,” the hotel said. The event is 21-plus.
