A water main break was causing problems across Bethlehem’s southside on Monday, including at nearby Lehigh University and Wind Creek Casino. Crews are working to fix a 16-inch break near 3rd and Hayes streets. Nearby Lehigh University reported low to no water pressure on and off campus d ue to the break, and Northampton Community College’s Fowler Center closed early because it had no water.
