RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies are searching for a missing 75-year-old woman, say deputies. Brenda Tobin was last seen leaving her home on Kentucky Street in the Olympia area. Tobin is a black female with black shoulder length hair, brown eyes, about 5’3” and around 1 70 lbs. Deputies say Tobin’s family has expressed concern about her health as she was recently diagnosed with dementia.
