BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WOWO) – Buc-ee’s is updating its federal trademark complaint against Beaver’s Mini Mart in Beavercreek. New court filings say the convenience store claimed it had never received objections before the lawsuit. Buc-ee’s says its attorneys requested proof the store used the d isputed trademark before April 2019, but received no evidence. Beaver’s Mini Mart has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
