RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Southern, Kentucky-born breakfast and brunch restaurant chain is making its Richmond-area debut Tuesday. 8News anchors Delaney Hall and Madison Moore were joined by Lauren Coulter, Biscuit Belly's chief biscuit eater, to talk about two new locations opening: one in Short Pump on Tuesday, Oct. 27, and another in Chesterfield County on Wednesday, Dec. 15. "We're really focused on that high-touch, high-impact hospitality," Coulter said. "We know breakfast is the place where people come with their families, with their closest friends; they want to have brunch with the girlies, and so we just really want this to be a fun experience."
