PORT ALLEN mdash; The West Baton Rouge Parish Council voted to rezone a former warehouse in Port Allen for the development of a new coffee processing and distribution facility for Community Coffee.nbsp;The council on Thursday unanimously voted to rezone the old Conn's Warehouse from an Industrial T ransitional Industrial property to a Light Industrial property.The nearly 14-acre property on Commercial Drive being rezoned constitutes a change in the parish's Master Plan.nbsp;According to Community Coffee, the property will initially be used as a warehouse and distribution center before being altered into a commercial production and distribution center.Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
