A Nevada judicial discipline panel rejected a $5,000 check from Gov. Joe Lombardo as evidence Tuesday in proceedings against suspended Pahrump Justice of the Peace Michele Fiore. Six witnesses testified about donations intended for a memorial honoring slain Metro officer Alyn Beck.
