State Rep. Jared Deck, D-Norman, asked state and federal regulators Thursday to look into how Republican gubernatorial nominee Mike Mazzei funded his campaign, questioning whether $11 million in loans Mazzei reported as coming from himself were actually underwritten by a bank.
