Letter: HMSA unfairly prunes seniors to boost profits

I just read the Oct. 7 letter, “HMSA turning back on loyal kupuna customers,” and opened my HMSA envelope to find my wife and I have been dropped, too. Just like that, HMSA has cut us loose — seemingly because we’re seniors and cancer survivors on Medicare Advantage.
